Ugly Alert - Ep64 Recap

Joo Young asks Do Hee how she can get this ‘crazy love’ and Do Hee tells her she should already know. Joo Young says even though she envies their crazy love, she doesn’t have confidence to do the same.
"If you don’t bet on it all, you won’t get anything."
"How can you be so full of confidence? You bet your whole life on this crazy love…just for that man?"
"I never bet my life on ‘crazy love’ or ‘that man’. I bet my life…on myself. I’m confident the road I’m walking on is correct."
Joo Young tells her she’s envious of this crazy love, but she’s sure she can’t obtain it because she doesn’t trust in herself. If she does…she might go crazy.
"Then aren’t you afraid you’ll get crazy?"
"Why would I? That’s why I listen to my mom. She’s the one I trust the most."
Joo Young leaves and Do Hee sighs and says “if you envy, that means you already lost, Shin Joo Young.”
Well yeah, maybe if she stopped listening to her crazy mom, she could actually achieve something for once =.=
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Do Hee is glum that Joon Soo is not home and kicks the house asking where the ‘owner’ is. Tehehe. (⌒▽⌒)☆
All the while harabeoji’s witnessing all this from the top. ⊙▽⊙
He says Joon Soo’s probably’ still asleep’. He’s a heavy sleeper. Buahahahah.
She must’ve have had no time to watch the stars because of him, he comments.
Do Hee plays along and says she was just messing up his stuff and joking around there, and harabeoji notices that she’s changed. She’s more carefree and not hard on herself anymore. Part of it is thanks to Joon Soo. He tells her Joon Soo has the knack for making people happy and for Do Hee to keep him by her side and train him well.
*glee* Do Hee smiles widely at Harabeoji’s praise (for her man ^^)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yahhhh, all this time I was imagining this as Joon Soo preparing food for Do Hee.*sigh*
Perhaps when they get married
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The three head up together only to bump into creepy lawyer at the elevator =.=
Teacher Kim greets him and says ‘you must hate me. I know I’m not the style you like.”
Why would I hate you? I respect women who are capable, especially those that help useless men.” =.=
"They say words can define a person. In the future, take out the ‘thorns’ (from your words) or else people will be suspicious of your personality.
Oh, touché ~
They enter the elevator and creepy lawyer reluctantly enters as well.
Teacher Kim playfully ‘hits’ Joon Soo and Do Hee takes her hand and hits her back, buahahaha.
She says out loud “oh, so cheesy!” (to Do Hee’s protective actions)
and creepy lawyer turns around confused.
Hahahaha. Teacher Kim ambiguously comments “you must think so too. So early in the morning and playing around…”
I love her.( ˘ ³˘)♥
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ah, everyone’s using tablets while Harabeoji uses good ‘ol paper reports…
Harabeoji tells Do Hee’s father to stay and asks him if Creepy Lawyer still has eyes on Do Hee.
He says he’s not sure yet…and will have to observe more.
Harabeoji tells him to set the situation straight. He doesn’t want company matters and Do Hee and Creepy Lawyer to be ‘mixed up’.
In other words, if Do Hee’s not interested it’s better to tell Creepy Lawyer straight so he doesn’t have ideas of trying to set his foot in the company ‘fully.’ =.= Yes haraebeoji, good thinking. Only he sees what is best for Do Hee. Harabeooojiiiiii! (っ◜◡◝)っ
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Creepy Lawyer sees Nari and JoonSoo together (seriously, he’s EVERYWHERE at the RIGHT time. Mr. Eagle eyes) and refers to Nari and Joon Soo’s ‘family’ registry. Both have surname “GONG” which makes his wheels turn…
While on the other side, Sec.Kim’s detective has some very interesting information for her…
AND then on the other other side Jung Yeon meets up with an ajumma she knew from before and hears from her that some men have been coming around the area with her and Joon Soo’s picture, scouring for some information. She quickly registers that the person behind all this is Sec. Kim and she phones her husband…
but she’s a step too late because Sec. Kim comes in and has some ‘important’ things to break to him.
It seems he is told everything as he mulls around a bar, drinking and not even picking up the phone.
duhduhdunnnnn.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Disappointed with the lack of JoonHee moments today, but I understand they need to bring in the ‘bigger conflict.’
But before that, let’s enjoy Do Hee’s happiness for a while.
SHe’s on the phone with Joon Soo who’s out meeting with Teacher Kim’s friends. As soon as Do Hee finds out that person is a woman she tells Joon Soo to come straight home. They’ll work on it together and if he has something he doens’t understand, she’ll help him.
Joon Soo laughs and she says “don’t laugh, I’m serious!
Hehe. (っ◜◡◝)っ

NOOOOOOOOoooooo.(≧д≦)
Jung Yeon is worried about her husband and she asks Sec. Kim where he is. The people that were asking about her past…were sent by her, right?
Sec. Kim admits to it and Jung Yeon asks her why didn’t she ask who she was and what she was doing with Joon Soo before telling her husband? Why is her past so important to Sec.Kim?
"Because it’s not the past. If it was…how come he’s living up on the rooftop?"
Jung Yeon is still confused, because she seriously doesn’t know anything (yet)!
"I’m curious why…your ‘past man’ is Do Hee’s worker at Dongdaemoon. How did he get Do Hee’s heart…to live up there? Why did he enter BY?
Jung Yeon finally heads up to confirm…and there she sees Do Hee.
And then Joon Soo comes running up and the 3 meet…face to face.
NOOOOOOOOOoooooo.
Obviously, Sec. Kim is I guess right ‘on her part’ to be suspicious of all this, but she’s acted too rash this time. I personally think she wants to kick Jung Yeon out, stir up some trouble because she never liked her. As for Joon Soo, Sec. Kim is all out on what she deems as ‘protecting Do Hee’ so it’s normal for her to be suspicious of him. It’s just that, she never got the facts straight first before diving in. But based on Sec.Kim even if she got the facts straight she would see Joon Soo as ‘unfit’ for Do Hee anyway (her and her twisted morals >…>)
Joon Soo has at least told Do Hee about his ‘first love’ before, but how will she react when she finds out that ‘first love’ is her step-mother? ⊙︿⊙ It’s kinda too much to digest at once…
Behold…the start of another storm and obstacle for JoonHee ( TДT)*cryyyy*
