After surviving his near-death experience, Joon Soo and Hyun Suk try finding the beads at night. Joon Soo even knows the exact number of beads because he tells Hyun Suk they haven’t found them all yet…
Hyun Suk is is till oblivious to Joon Soo and Do Hee’s fragile relationship and only catches on when Joo Young comes by and points out that that bracelet looks like Do Hee’s.
It takes seconds for her to find the missing piece (when the brother’s have been searching the WHOLE night?! Hahahaha…..)
This construction guy comes by and asks if they’ve found the bracelet yet. Joo Young hears that Joon Soo nearly died trying to ‘save’ the bracelet…
It is clear that Do Hee still dearly misses Joon Soo because she sadly looks at the bracelet, and holds it close to her lips…
Joo Young comes in to tell her that Joon Soo nearly lost his life trying to save that bracelet. Do Hee is shocked to hear this and when Joo Young leaves, she falls onto the couch crying painfully (o;TωT)o

Hyun Suk comes to Joon Soo at night and tells him not to come to the construction zone anymore because he keeps worrying Hyun Suk. Joon Soo jokes that he won’t let Hyun Suk save him a second time.
As he runs with Hyun Suk, Joon Soo says in his mind,
“I felt lost. When I held onto his hand, it came to me…he saved my life. My brother Hyun Suk. I knew, our hearts were connected…”

Do Hee’s parents are leaving to the States and Jung Yeon especially doesn’t feel like parting with Do Hee. Do Hee also shows it in her eyes…
At the airport, Nasajang-nim tells Do Hee he feels at ease now knowing that Joon Soo is not a murderer. He tells her that although he doesn’t know what decision she will make, she was always capable of making her own decisions. Whatever road she chooses to take, they will support her.
Jung Yeon says she only has one thing to say to her,
"I love you, daughter."Do Hee embraces her and says,"me too, mother."

Joon Soo unexpectedly comes in one day to Do Hee’s office and tells her that he hopes she can accept him as a new employee again. He has brought his resume and his ideas for next season’s items. He tells her to read his proposal and consider hiring him if she thinks it’s good.
Do Hee looks over at his proposal and she tells In Joo about it and asks if she thinks it’s possible to do… :)

Joon Soo and Harabeoji have lunch together and Joon Soo only finds out now that Nasajang-nim has already left. Harabeoji tells him that Nasajang-nim knows Joon Soo is not a murderer anymore and feels much better now.
Harabeoji also learns that Hyun Suk has resigned from his prosecutor post and is working at the construction zone now. He tells Joon Soo that even if his heart feels pain for Hyun Suk, that doing some hard labour while he’s still young is not a bad thing.
“Tribulations are a type of wealth. Just think of this as him ‘accumulating wealth’.”
He’s full of advice for Joon Soo today and further tells him that Do Hee’s wound will heal.
"Get closer to her and help her recover sooner. How about that?"

Title: I thought it was just a stroll…(but) I lost my way.

The child suffers less pain, stands up again,And for the first time I understand your heart’s intentions clearly now.I need to to think in terms of ‘designing for the people’ again.(there was) a path that I disappeared and fell down on,(but) I’m coming back now.Like the child with the knee pads, I want to design with love for the people.That’s why, I will find and walk on that path again.

The Gong brothers have no customers at the moment and Hyun Suk asks Joon Soo what he does when this happens. Well, nothing really he says. You can only think about when they’ll come. But Hyun Suk says he’s just saying that because he doesn’t want to say that he’s truly thinking about Do Hee.
Joon Soo asks him back, isn’t he thinking about Joo Young as well?
Hyun Suk replies, "lately, I just try to not think about anything."
They soon get a customer and this is when Do Hee drives by and looks at Joon Soo with a longing stare…
And as she starts to leave, Joon Soo spots her and quickly runs after her…

Do Hee looks over at her rearview mirror and realizes that Joon Soo is chasing after her. This reminds her of the old Joon Soo that happily smiled at her as he ran alongside her car…
She quickly looks away, with tears brimming in her eyes and steps on the gas, hoping to get away…or does she really want that?
No, because she soon finds herself looking back in the mirror and doesn’t see him there anymore. She panics and this makes her think back to a sad Joon Soo this time, wiping his tears all alone as she slowly drove by him…
And this is what makes her heart return.
it’s that old Joon Soo she sees in him again that moved her heart.
And this prompts her to chase him back…

She finds him standing there…and she walks towards him and asks,
"What are you doing?"He answers, “this is like the ‘old’ Joon Soo…I wanted to start over again…but I didn’t know how.”
He waits for her…and as the tears drop down, she helps him with his problem.
She introduces herself, “I’m…Na Do Hee,” and then reaches out her hand.
He looks at her outstretched arm and then gratefully holds onto it tightly.
"I’m Gong Joon Soo."
