Ahjussi asks if Joon Soo is happy and he says he is, but he tells Ahjussi to find his happiness as well with Jung Ja sshi.

They list out all the crimes they’re arresting him for (fake paper company, stock manipulation, spreading false rumours, stealing designs and giving it to the other company AND THE LIST GOES ON!!!!)
He’s guilty to all those, and much much more!!!(>人<)
The handcuffs come on and now finally~~~ it’s time to CELEBRATE~~~~~
