Harabeoji tells the shareholders that if it were like what creepy lawyer said, why would Hyun Suk resign from being a prosecutor then? He asks them all to think about one thing.

Harabeoji however, has decided to remove only airhead mother from her position and she’s at a loss as why only her? (HAHAHAHAHA)
"Shouldn’t you be the one explaining?" Harabeoji asks instead."How did Lawyer Lee become one of the main shareholders, and what did you do to take part in it?"
She storms into creepy lawyer’s office and wails ‘you can’t do this to me!”
He tells her he was only doing what he “had” to do. (or course, why would he care about a little pawn in his game anyway? ╮(╯▽╰)╭
She threatens him saying she’ll expose how he got the shares and he’s all calm and relaxed asking “do you (even) have the ability to do so?” (¬_¬)
Back at the construction site, Joon Soo tells Hyun Suk that Detective Kim (ah, that’s his name…) phoned him and told him he asked his reporter friend to write that article. He was going to ask for permission, but knew they wouldn’t let him…SO he just published anyway =.=….(I think Harabeoji was the one that contacted Detective Kim who then contacted his reporter friend…)

Joo Young’s father tells Harabeoji something about M&A (mergers and aquisitions). A bit unclear about their conversation, but Harabeoji tells him to confirm about the ‘new’ investors….
Chul Soo makes the situation a bit clearer when he says an American company (probably creepy lawyer’s father) is planning on ‘acquiring’ BY. He said that that company has enough money to do so and doesn’t understand why they picked BY though but it might become a dangerous situation for BY…
On the other hand, douchebag spent some money to hire people to leave nasty comments on that news report (about Joon Soo and his story).

Joo Young knows it was his doing and tells him if he had that money he should rather help the needy and hope he can repent through that.

Harabeoji meets up with Hyun Suk saying that Nari told him he was more in need of ‘cheering up’. He tells him he knows why he resigned and decided to do hard labour, but he asks him is that really what will set his heart at ease?

When Joon Soo gets off work, he finds a collapsed Do Hee inside the elevator and he panics, calling out her name.

He asks if she’s alright and she smiles saying,

He lifts her back to her office and tells her to go to the hospital but she says she’d have to change her schedule for that to happen (sad life…. TT_TT)
Joon Soo suddenly hugs her and says,
"I know I shouldn’t do this yet, I’m sorry. I’m afraid you’re going to black out again."
She smiles and says,
"I don’t have any energy to push you away, so I’ll just remain still."He then asks her, “why are you overworking yourself?”
She smiles and just tells him,
"There are a lot of people…I want to protect."

Joon Soo sends Do Hee back home and gives her a mini-compass as a present. Before she heads back in, she asks,

Joon Soo doesn’t leave and he just stands by her car. Do Hee looks down from her window and asks him on the phone why he isn’t leaving.

She smiles and quickly turns the lights off.
She then asks if that’s enough now and he says,

She tells him she’ll sleep then, and hangs up.

Hyun Suk thinks back to what Harabeoji said and decides the right thing to do is apply for a retrial…
Of course they don’t go through the WHOLE trial, because that would take long…so they focus on their closing remarks…
Hyun Suk stands up and says,
"That time, if I did not run away from reality, then this retrial would not have happened."
He apologizes to his brother, the prosecutors and the judges.
When it’s Joon Soo’s time to speak, he makes a heartfelt speech.
"Because I wanted to protect my brother with such a foolish method, I violated the purpose of the law. After 10 years I only understand, this was not the best for my brother. The biggest crime I had committed …was not believing in my brother.My brother, was well-equipped to face such a challenge like this…but back then I didn’t know that.”

and the judges announce their decision….

2. i’ve learned to half-trust ugly alert previews after all those ‘disappointments’ and ‘scares’ from previous experiences. I mean, he could just be sleeping right….?
