On the 30th, Im Joo Hwan’s agency, Blossom Entertainment released the actor’s feelings on the ending of “Ugly Alert” (which ended on the 29th).
Im Joo Hwan reveals, ”after spending over half a year with ‘Gong Joon Soo’ and to now separate, I have a big feeling of sadness and emptiness.”
" I thought many times that in this day and age, there needs to be a person like ‘Gong Joon Soo’ who has shown his endless love towards family and (to continue living) under whatever uncompromising circumstances there is. During this time, I really saw a lot of support for ‘Gong Joon Soo.’"
Following, Im Joo Hwan says, “Up until now, thank you to all the viewers who encouraged and loved “Gong Joon Soo”. Over this long time, to the whole staff (crew) who never took a break, running around and to all the actors and seniors and juniors, I want to thank you for all your hard work. In this cold weather, please take care of your health. Thank you.” With that, he finishes up his ending thoughts.
On the other hand, “Ugly Alert” being a family drama about siblings embracing each other’s wounds and growing up, has received a lot of love from the audience. In the drama, Im Joo Hwan who acted as “Gong Joon Soo”, looked after his 3 siblings after his parents remarried; he gives inspiration to viewers as he showed his responsibility and sacrifices for his family.
