Creepy Lawyer does not leave that easily…（；¬＿¬)
He insists he was ‘forced’ in making those bad decisions in order to kick Joon Soo out and Nasajang-nim says his actions are equivalent to treating Do Hee as a ‘personal item’.
Douchbag says he’ll repent, but Nasajang-nim tells him he can do that after he leaves.
"I won’t commit the same mistake again." He says with a straight face. He monotonically says he can’t leave (and won’t leave) because there’s no one else to ‘defeat’ Joon Soo =.=
Nasajang-nim assures him he’ll take care of that, but creepy lawyer raises his voice,
“Before she ‘changes’ her heart (seriously =.=?), I won’t do anything to increase her burden (lies!!!) So please, let me stay at BY and give me a chance to repent (OR GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO COMMIT MORE HEINOUS CRIMES!)(*￣m￣)
Back at Do Hee’s office, Minion A comes clean and tells them she’ll resign if she has to. In Joo asks her why she allowed creepy lawyer to use her as a puppet and she starts to tell them…
but we don’t get to see her tell them. She probably said something like “he threatened me with my past ‘wrongdoings’ at the other company.”

Joon Soo gets called to the creep’s office AGAIN and you can tell he’s really annoyed at having to come every time(understandable (¬_¬)ﾉ ).
Creepy Lawyer tells Joon Soo he sure knows how to ‘play tricks’. He said he got ahold of his ‘weak point’ and yet he still ‘ratted’ him out to sajang-nim.
Joon Soo calmly says he wasn’t the one that did it and says if he feels he’s under suspicion, he should think carefully about how many ‘bad deeds’ he did (a person who pushes the blame on everyone else will never be able to do that =.=) .
Creepy Lawyer sneers and comes up to Joon Soo,
"Don’t get too self-confident. I’m just under suspicion but you’ll forever be viewed as the enemy. No matter if he’s a father or BY’s sajang-nim, you’ll never earn approval from him."
Unfazed, Joon Soo retorts “you called me just to say this?”
"No. I’m just giving you a piece of advice as your superior. I just want to decrease the pain sajang-nim will receive from having to see you all day."* (barfing from all this fake-ness (¬д¬。) )"If you’re sincere, then let sajang-nim receive the pain I will give him. I don’t wish to see you give him pain as well."

Do Hee’s father tells her to go study abroad for one year to ‘forget’ Joon Soo (ugh =.=)He reasons that they’re all in love now, but once distance separates them, things will change (ever heard of ‘distance makes the heart grow fonder’ ヽ(´～｀；）? )
"If distance could change this relationship, then it wouldn’t have started in the first place and it would’ve ended early."
He goes on to say he understands that this is her first relationship and that she probably pitied him…

Do Hee’s father is firm on his decision to ‘protect’ his daughter and Do Hee tells him she understands his perspective (as a father), but she’s already old enough to know how the world works.
He tells her it’s more serious than that. He doesn’t want her to go through something similar to what he did (of having to be looked down upon because he had a younger wife). She says she knows she’ll suffer judgment from people, but,
"if this is what I have to bear because I love him, I would overcome it just like you and step-mother."
*sigh* Even that doesn’t settle it for him =.= He tells her he’ll never accept him as her partner because of the fact that Joon Soo is an ex-convict and there’s a possibility he’ll still be dangerous! ┗┃・ ■ ・┃┛
Do Hee cries and asks him what can Joon Soo do then?
"Can he not continue to love or receive love from now on? He committed a crime and he atoned for it. He’s working hard to become a better person, is this all for nothing? Do Hee stands up to say,” you know it’s not that. That’s why you’re hurting, That’s why I didn’t leave with him. Because I know, I can’t let go of the fact that I’m your child.”
As she leaves, he closes his eyes…either silently admitting that…or just tired of it all.
I KNOW HE’S GOING TO BE A HARD ONE TO GET THROUGH. But please…don’t drag it out too long >….>

Joon Soo brings her into a hug after and strokes her hair telling her what she means to him.

Hyun Suk finally lets Joo Young in about Joon Soo’s past and now she understands why he was so cold before, he must have been lonely.
She meets with Joon Soo later on and tells him she’s sorry and thankful towards him.
Joon Soo tells her not to be and Hyun Suk was probably saying useless stuff.
"If it weren’t for Hyun Suk, you wouldn’t be so tired now."
Joon Soo tells her it’s not so, it must be because Hyun Suk feels like he was to blame. He tells her that the only one to be at fault is him, who made a wrong decision at that time.
"Thank you so much…when your mother died and Jin Joo chased you out, you stood by the rooftop door all night under the rain."

She goes to Do Hee and tells her if it were her, she wouldn’t be able to do what she did. She should’ve told her about everything. She should’ve talked back to her when she told her to bring her relationship with Joon Soo to light (but she just kept quiet). She then apologizes to her …just for everything.

Joon Soo calls Hyun Suk out to complain to him about telling everything to Joo Young. She had to know sooner or later, he replies. Joon Soo tells Hyun Suk to cheer up him, and he goes on to do a dorky dance, buahahah. Too embarrassing for Joon Soo though xD, and he quickly stops him.

He arrogantly tells Joon Soo he thought he should’ve let him know his sister was at the company, since she’s their model after all. He just wanted to ‘prepare’ her in case her brother’s ‘past’ got revealed later on.
